When the words 'Pre Order' are there on the page, I'm not convinced it is actually available (ie its actually been printed, or even perhaps completely written)?

Too many unfulfilled kickstarters etc, have made me somewhat jaded perhaps.....

I pre-ordered it and already have the pdf, so yes it's already done.

They are just waiting on the printing (supposed to be shipped late September).

If the initial product sells well the TLG crew will push for the release for more IP through the Trust who is holding all the rights to the IP and what to do with them. 

TLG does not have the rights to any other Zagyg product at this time.

This is the opening move and upto us, the gaming community, to show there is an interest in more Zagyg products.

It's not officially resolved yet. Court case is ongoing. But I believe it's looking like it's going to be resolved, and this partial release of rights was from the third party trustee running the estate right now who also released all the Gygax auctions on eBay right now. Basically if they can show it's in the best monetary and reputation interests of the estate, the Trustee will likely approve it.
