There's those star frontier books though, plus the domain name and trademark dress. Those can all be put up for sale.

Everything about this iteration of TSR has been a joke.  Despite being several men strong, they've never been able to come up with a single new product.  The one product that they appeared to be slowly working on had some racist section in it, and one of the few people with access to it leaked it online, thus cancelling the project and allowing Hasbro a fresh crack at their own lawsuit.

If they hadn't hired racist nitwits, it would never have happened.
If they had only hired racist nitwits, it would have not have leaked.
If somehow it did leak, and they stood their ground and claimed free speech, it would be a court case they could in theory win.

Literally none of this happened.  They hired nitwits, but at an insufficient density for nitwit solidarity.  Then their leadership tucked tail and ran.  Truly they have failed from every conceivable direction.
