Expeditions Conquistador: in tabletop?

The videogame is an interesting take on the dungeon crawl formula, putting the player on the shoes of a Spanish conquistador exploring the spaniolas and americas, fighting pillaging or negotiating their way through indigenous villages and ruins. The classes are things like Soldiers, (Religious) Missionaries, Healers, indigenous scouts, etc. You must manage your expedition gold and food, and your relations to the spanish governor and big regional tribes. And the music is beautifully melodic Spanish guittars.

Is there a tabletop rpg like this?

D&D did this twice. One in a Dragon module/setting and once with a module/setting. And a sort-of third one for for BECMI I believe.

7th Sea might be a good pick for system in a Caribbean setting, they already funded (perhaps even released?) a second edition with more details. Of course any system could be used for colonial/pirate/expedition stories, but this one is basically made for that. Although it has a fictional (Earth-like) world as setting you can detach that to use the system as you wish.

As you mentioned this game, I assume you already know of (or played) Expeditions: Viking ? It is the 'sequel' with improved mechanics and your own Norse tribe/settlement

Pirates & Dragons from Cakebread and Walton would do this with d100 Renaissance system rules quite well.  The focus of the game is on the not-Caribean with the South and Meso-American analogues left undeveloped except for a few hints.

I own this game in my GOG collection. Successfully helped the rebel tribe to overthrow Monty. Ended up having a heavy Hunter and Champion  party because that's just my playstyle. Hunter's are OP with Shamans too. Soldiers are shit until they max out armor most of their perks. Found the Maya, did the El Dorado quest, found the Smoking Mirror blah blah. Ended game having had a huge impact on the world and with much more cooperation between conquistadors and mesoamericans but came home broke according to the game so king charles (whoever it is) weren't happy.

Don't think there is a governor when you hit Mexico? At least until you get the fort in the north. Been ages since I played it, years ago.

Directly on-topic: there's no specific system that handles in a similar way to the design of the computer game that I am aware. If you want it to be like the game's experience, you're going to have to homebrew. The recommendations above aren't taking into account the flowcycle of the game (probably because they haven't played and clocked it) so just keep that in mind. I can't think of any map-heavy TTRPGs that focus on gradually uncovering more of the world and making choices which impact it.

That  could indeed be fantastic, but I've never seen it done really right.  Maztica, to me, was just awful.
