This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

It certaibly hasn't taken "a few thousand" to do it here.
Yeah, just you and a handful of other posters have managed it all by yourselves.
You believe that I make you look bad. I can't take the credit for that. You do bad all by yourself.
No, I believe you make the site look bad, by putting words in other posters' mouths.  New users here might assume that low-effort snark and trolling is the norm here, when it's mostly just you and a couple other posters that do so.  Pundit just hasn't gatekept enough...

I don't believe there is a need for gate keeping on a site that embraces free speech. Other posters are capable of recognizing diarrhea of the mouth when they see it.
Quote from: JonWakeGamers, as a whole, are much like primitive cavemen when confronted with a new game. Rather than \'oh, neat, what\'s this do?\', the reaction is to decide if it\'s a sex hole, then hit it with a rock.

Free Speech is amazing until people start raising good counterpoints. It's why the Left is so for censorship.

A good rule of thumb is if a side is calling for censorship, it's because their actual positions are crap that reality can't support.

We can't truly gatekeep in any event, no more than the Redditors can.  We can refuse to let an X-card wielder join us for a game, but just like they can't stop us from gathering and playing how we like, we can't stop them from ERPing a tiefling/goblin tranny orgy every weekend.  Pundit can boot people off of his site however he pleases, but that doesn't make them vanish any more than RPGnet's bans have made those people disappear.  They'll simply collect somewhere else.
