This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Linky.

Anything worth picking up here?

Or should I just swing by the Monte Cook sale next door and pick up [strike]Monte Cook's Torg[/strike] [strike]Monte Cook's Rifts[/strike] The Strange for $10?

I really liked OGL Ancients. One of the better implementations of the d20 rules, with a new magic system and more "realistic" wound system including rules for cauterizing wounds.

OGL Cyberpunk actually is pretty good, too. Lots of cyberware.

OGL Horror is terrible, which is surprising given the author. There were a few decent tips in there on running horror games, but for the most part, almost a completely worthless book.

Don't have the others. Didn't even know there was an OGL Wild West or I would have gotten it back in the day.

Hm.  Getting 'The Strange' is tempting, but I got such a good deal on the Numenera Bundle of Holding that I'm tempted to hold off and see if he does one of those again.

On the other hand, I'm pretty tempted by the MC WoD, which I'd heard good things about.

On the third hand, I still haven't gotten around to reading a pile of pdfs that I've picked up from Kickstarter and Bundles of Holding.
