This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

OK, I never really payed that close attention to GNS because I thought it belonged in a coffeeshop filled with pseudointellectuals.

So, there's the Forge led by by this Ron guy who generates crap theories, but then there is also a game product producer name Forge that is run by some guys out of Poland(?) who produce some excellent d20 fantasy stuff with some great free downloads. Will someone tell me if these guys are related?
"Meh."

God in the Machine.

Here's my website. It's defunct, but there's gaming stuff on it. Much of it's missing. Sorry.

I've got a blog. Do you read other people's blogs? I dunno. You can say hi if you want, though, I don't mind company. It's not all gaming, though; you run the risk of running into my RL shit.

As unrelated as two really unrelated things.

What?  I'm struggling with analogies today.

Yeah, I pretty much used up all my analogising skills on that one is the trouble.

HELLO-HO?

The two are the same thing. One Forge sells d20 material in order to pay server costs for the other.

I mean, how dense are you guys? That other Forge is based in Poland, right? And "Edwards" is OBVIOUSLY a Polish name originally.

Conspiracy of Shadows? Set in Poland.

GNS? That used to be the acronym for the Polish KGB.

Spione? It's set in Berlin, which nowadays is basically a Polish city.

Well, I said it was a dumb question...
(Why in the Hell isn't there a sheepish smiley when you need one?)

Thanks for answering though, guys.

there are no (well, few) dumb questions.  only dumb answers.

as can be evidenced in many places. . . .
