So I've heard a lot about the PHB II... What about the 4e DMG II? Has that come out yet? What's in it, or going to be in it?

I haven't been paying real attention to the announcements & rumors since we're not playing 4e, but I thought I heard that the DMGII would have some notes on Sigil as a high-level base of operations for PCs. Might be misremembering. I've no idea what else they'll jam in there, or whether the theme will be higher than heroic tier.
