Someone's already made one: http://www.jmarrdesign.com/dcc/ . It makes pretty snazzy little characters sheets, four 0-level characters at a time.

It turns out a nice pdf page with the char sheets, an excellent find :)

That looks way simpler than the DCC game was sounding...which is a good thing.

I have to say if I was a GM planning on running DCC at a convention, I'd print out 20 of these things and have the players choose from them. It would be a HUGE timesaver.
