I've got the PDFs, plus Blackmarsh, and I love 'em. Seriously considering this for my next D&D game; it's less streamlined than S&W but it feels easier to tack stuff on to. I mean, ACKS is still my favorite D&D and one of my favorite games ever, but there's something to be said for simplicity and DD feels more "moddable" than ACKS in places.
I want to know whether anyone's had problems with Brave Halfling and about the quality of the physical product.
No problem with the physical product here. There was a problem with getting all the stuff to fit in the box, so some items were held back for a later shipment. For example, my box includes Blackmarsh but not the map that goes with it. That's coming later.
I'm not sure how future orders will be affected. The pre-orders had extra stuff, so maybe everything that's supposed to go in the box for new orders will be in the box.
The only real problem with the physical order was the delay on the pre-orders, but since everything's shipping now, that's not going to be a problem for you. But hurry; as I understand it, John Adams is shutting down his store, since he's got a full-time job and won't have time for filling orders.
