SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Emphasize face to face play but enforce hygiene.  All too often you'll walk into a gaming store and the rooms for gaming smell like body odor and sour milk and the trash cans are overflowing, and it frightens away potential customers.

That, and too many gamers (the ones who need to be told about hygiene and who seemingly don't have a job because they're in the store all the time without actually buying anything) *look* and act like creepers.

All printing is done in the USA?  That's a great positive for them, in my book.

TLG not only does their own printing, they make it company policy to source merchandise from US producers.
Awesome. As a Canadian, USA is the second country of printing I look for!
The worms crawl in and the worms crawl out
The ones that crawl in are lean and thin
The ones that crawl out are fat and stout
Your eyes fall in and your teeth fall out
Your brains come tumbling down your snout
Be merry my friends
Be merry

It's nice to have the option, of not supporting the Chinese for every single thing we buy.  Options are good.
