SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

The past lives on in your front room
The poor still weak the rich still rule

I downloaded the entire set, read it for about half an hour then went and pre-ordered it on the basis that hey, it's not so bad after all.  I will probably never read the PDFs again because reading on the computer is ghetto.

Welcome to a new era of commerce, pussies!

I did download the pirated PDF's, making me a complete hypocrite on such matters -- I'm pretty sure this is the first bit if IP theft I've ever done.  Even before the theft I knew I will be buying the core 3 and will most likely give the Digital Initiative a trial spin.

Personally, I have less issue with folks who say 'yep, I took it. It's wrong. But I wanted to. F you.'

Because at least that's honest.
This forum is great in that the moderators aren\'t jack-booted fascists.

Unfortunately, this forum is filled with total a-holes, including a bunch of rape culture enabling dillholes.

So embracing the \'no X is better than bad X,\' I\'m out of here. If you need to find me I\'m sure you can.

Aos

I took it because I wanted to see it. i'm going to buy it. As far as the right or wrong of it go, I remain unconvinced by arguments in both directions- and equally unconcerned..

That's why I downloaded the hell out of them, aren't going to buy them, and I'm not going to breathe a word of it to any of you bastards!

Edit: Oh damn. Uh, yeah.... uh, no, really, I am gonna buy them.... no really....

Been babbling about my opinions on-topic over on my new blog, for anyone that wants to hear such blather.

I've purchased it and won't be downloading.
