This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Quote from: Bunch;930718Yeah but it turns out they are not stackable.

NIGEL35 for 35% off
15MAILNOV for 15%off and free shipping

I didn't try but I found this info:

Quote from: http://www.justcrunch.com/?p=769At LULU, if you input codes NIGEL35 and 15MAILNOV (in that order) you can stack 35% off and free shipping. If you add in a few choice OSR items, you can really make the most of this – which pretty much represents the best offer LULU make these days.

These codes appear to work in UK and US, so you should give it a go – and make sure you enter the codes in the order shown for them to stack (they don't stack if you enter the free shipping code first).

Good luck.
Swords & Wizardry & Manga ... oh my.
(Beware. This is a Kickstarter link.)

Bunch

I tried it like that and it didn't work for me. Your mileage may vary.

Both explicitly state they are not stackable. There may have been a bug that has since been fixed.

RunningLaser

I tried stacking them as well and it was a no go.  Maybe while pressing up, up, down, down, left-right, left-right, b-a?

Pat

They don't stack because 15MAILNOV expired yesterday.

If you like your OSR games a bit more "Planet of the Ape"-ish, Goblinoid Games' "Apes Victorious" just went up on Lulu yesterday.

Quote from: Krimson;931148I may have to get this.

Well, it's already incredibly low-priced ($12.99). With the current 35% off Lulu coupon code of NIGEL35, that brings it down to around $8.50 plus shipping. So, yeah, great price.

I try and get all the Goblinoid stuff in print and this looks like a fun book.

I have the PDF. It is very much Planet of the Apes done with basic D&D mechanics. Jolly good fun in my book. This is one of those games that does one thing and does it well. Very much a '70s ski-fi vibe through out.

Now that the print version is up, I must go to Lulu.

Well I went ahead and ordered it. Apparently I was also looking at Low Fantasy Gaming the other day, and was kind of too lazy to remove it from my shopping cart so I guess I am getting that too. :D
