I recently saw a RPG title on both Drive Thru RPG and Lulu. I was wondering whether people know of any other such services, and which ones do the best hardcover bindings.

I believe drivethru, as far as I know, isn't a print on demand service: pretty sure they outsource to Lightning Source (I could be wrong). You can go to Lightning Source directly to look at their options and requirements. I think if you go through Drive thru, your options may become more limited. With drivethru, I have my PDFs there (not exclusively) and I get my printing through lightning source but don't have them available on drive thru (because I would need to use them as our print seller, and I already have other arrangements----plus they are a monopoly in my opinion)

I've used both Lightning Source (via DriveThruRPG) and Lulu. I've gotten a couple of hardcover books bound wrong from Lightning Source and they were replaced in a reasonable amount of time, but I have never had a problem with Lulu.

One of the weirdest errors we ever got was the outside binding of a perfect bound paperback was of our game, while the interior pages were some kind of vintage costume catalog. I only found out about it because a collector in Europe contacted me to let me know about the error. Somehow the wrong interior files got used in the printing.
There's also Amazon's CreateSpace/KDP print. Don't have any personal experience.
