Not really sure yet. At the moment, I plan to post a bit more on theRPGsite, on the Inglorious OSR group on Mewe, on the Conservative OSR group on Facebook, and probably to be more active on Youtube.

Ironically, I was mulling about how to work out doing subscriptions or videos on Twitter before this, trying to figure out what I could offer there. Now that's out obviously, but who knows, I might see if I can set up Youtube Subs, or if I go really crazy maybe actually start using that Patreon I have always had for people who just wanted to throw money at me.

Patreon has been co-opted for years now, you'd be better off switching to subscribestar.

Well, you might be right. It's been fine though, for giving me 25-35 dollars a month every month from people who either already bought every book of mine or never wanted to buy a book of mine but still wanted to support my efforts in exchange for absolutely nothing; other than my thanks.

While you could argue that is true, the type of things BroSR people were posting on twitter was nowhere near that mild. They were talking about full-on Antisemitism.

If that's true, that's an incredibly short sighted and ignorant thing Jeffro said. Especially seeing as the BrOSR are supposed to be the one true arbiters of DnD how it's meant to be played but didn't catch on to the obvious bits of paganism nicked by Gygax and co for DnD.

I know scores of Catholics and not one anti-Semite*. I'm talking about experience not doctrine; might be missing something.

Anti-Freemason, maybe, but I know plenty of protestants that are anti-freemason too (and at least one catholic mason... if fact, Brazil probably had a Catholic mason king and hundreds of politicians that are catholic masons etc.).

* Come to think of it, I know a few people who are prejudiced... usually because they want to support Palestine and get confused. Yes, there are a few people that get confused about who killed Christ too, but I dont think this is the "anti-Semitism" we are talking about.

I come from a WASP background, and now attend Catholic church, I have never once encountered anything remotely anti semitic among Christians. I am well aware there have been times in history where people who claim to be Christian have treated Jews terribly, but those times are the exceptions not the norm.

This whole kerfuffle is the first I've even heard of the Brosr. It sounds pretty lame.

I read what the BrOSR is and it's using AD&D 1st edition in a bizzare kind of way. Whatever makes them happy and keeps on playing have it and keep posting their garbage on itch.io for those tens of dollars.

Kinda feels like you were set up. I'll send something to that support contact with a copy to musk, though I doubt it will help. Others should too.

I have zero idea of who these guys are, as I'm not in to OSR. I also have no idea of their politics, although Pundit's accounts of them sound awful.
