I think I'm going to get it. The paperback version is $30. Quite the bargain. Plus it's a bit of early RPG history most gamers aren't aware of.

TLDR: Jeffro Johnson and his BROSR goons are trying to paint the publisher of Tonnisborg as a woke sissy, because said publisher ignores the BROSR, and in his book he wrote a paragraph about making the adventure your own.

Yeah. But all this drama is getting stupid, honestly. These are grown-ass adults acting like children because somebody typed something they didn't like on Twitter. Get out much?? Probably not. It's like they are addicted to drama, so dependent on conflict that it doesn't matter whether they're right or wrong. It's the fight that's the thing for them.

Put 'em all on an island and let 'em fight it out Battle Royale-style Oh, and stream it live w/ no commercials like soccer 24/7. I could do a $9.99 monthly subscription fee for that. Just to see the BrOSR & SJWs massacre each other. THAT's must-see-TV!

From what's quoted in the video re Tonigsborg, I'd be less generous than Pundit though more generous than the BrOSR (I stand between the Darkness & the Light)  ;D

I find the idea that there has been a radical cultural shift since 1973 quite iffy. Maybe in US/UK academia, journalism, and the circles directly influenced by them. Maybe in the corporate halls of power, where Woke Corporatism is definitely A Thing. But, out in wider society? I'm not really seeing it. The big shift in the USA occurred over racial attitudes in the 1960s, and to a much lesser extent over sex/gender roles in the 1970s. Since the 1990s we have had creeping PC/SJWism/Wokism, but not a paradigm shift.

I get the impression that the real fight here is between the Alt-Right BrOSR and Enlightenment Liberals* like Pundit, with Commie SJWs merely as observers.
