So lemme also state that the RC is absolutely freaking awesome...

...at being the RC.

It's kind of what Alton Brown calls a "Unitasker"*.  You want a clean-limbed, concise old-school basic D&D game with some neat options?  Book's worth its encumbrance in gold.  

But...that's pretty much it.


*Except it's not in your kitchen.  Well, it's RARELY in your kitchen.
