I think at one time I saw or heard about a book that covers all the typical elements you find in a dungeon (ie different types of doors, traps, etc), but I can't recall what it was. Does anyone know of such a thing? Such as all types of doors, etc. Do you have any recommendations?
I know its not Dungeonscape or Dungeoneer's Survival Guide.
I can think of a couple books like this
Central Casting: Dungeons was a generic supplement from Task Force Games.
AD&D had the Dungeon Builder's Guidebook (2nd ed).
And then for d20, there was Dungeoncraft for d20 from FFG. About half of it was the usual d20 stuff - prestige classes and feats, but the other half was about dungeon design.
Although none really go into detail about doors.

I believe the book you're looking for is Goodman Games'
The Dungeon Alphabet, An A-to-Z Reference for Classic Dungeon Design (http://www.goodman-games.com/4385preview.html).
GM’s Miscellany: Dungeon Dressing (http://www.ragingswan.com/dungeon.html)
Troll Lord Games has some sort of Dungeneering guilde. I didn't buy it because the font was too small, if I recall correctly, but the book seemed pretty solid.

I was about to post the exact same thing. A nice book, this one. I've used it quite a bit.
Thanks everyone - one of these could be it.
Central Casting-Dungeons is the shittiest, most bloated, useless book on the subject I can imagine. It is beyond useless and edges into life-wasting. Don't go near it.
Central Casting Dungeons is a weak book, which is very odd because the other Central Casting books for character backgrounds are awesome. I love the other CC books.
The AD&D Dungeon Builder's Guidebook is also weak, but it had some bits. If you can snag this one really cheap, it may be worth the read. I took some notes and send mine back to eBay years ago.
However, the AD&D DMG 1e is quite good for dungeon goodies.
I rather like the Central Casting Dungeon book. It has lot of good example room maps, funny quips, and some really detailed info on what you might find in rooms depending upon their original use.
