Capturing a PC would have been very, very difficult. Also, the PCs didn't care about anyone else in Dorastor, they were just searching for some things they needed. i could have pout one of the things in the Tower of Lead, in fact I did, but they would have avoided it until they were ready.

Not really.

They were a bunch of Adventurers from a previous campaign.

We had the King of Balazar, a Zoran Zorani High Priest, an Orlanthi Wind Lord, a Morokanth Storm Khan, a human Storm Khan and a Sorcerer. Although they were from disparate backgrounds, they were trying to find some odds and ends in Dorastor.

Now, the setup of Dorastor means that nobody really belongs there, so anyone adventuring in Dorastor does not have ties to the place. In that sense, they were murder hobos, as they went in with the express intent to kill things on the way through. However, they had a plan to get what they wanted and return.
