there's also the interactive atlas of the imperium.  clicking all the way down to system hex level brings up the UWP and some system details.  UWP also includes gurps trav additions.  example, my personal favorite, efate.

there's also this one, not as pretty or complete as travellermap or the IAI.

the T5 thing is making me revisit traveller in general, specifically, how i played back in the mid-80s onwards.  of note, i probably played classic "RAW" for maybe less than a year before adding houserules, some of which i used for so long that i'd forgotted why!

example--being used to d&d and star frontiers, our high school club expected an initiative system.  when i went back to book 1 (LBB) recently, i read that combat is actually simultaneous!  i'm sure my (and others in the group) teenage mind found it easier to institute some order to the proceedings, so i came up with an initiative system based on mechwarrior 1e (book i loved at the time).  

i'm returning to the wonder of trav "mini-games" or subsystems like subsector generation.  and with no group (or the time or inclination to seek out a new one) it's time for me to explore the "free trading" side of the game, something we never did back in the day.  perhaps when i get a few "solo sessions" written down i'll start a thread on it.  i've got a stay-cation coming up this weekend, the perfect time, eh?  :D
