Here are a couple items that I created long ago, in case anyone here can use them.

These are 24x36 and 36x48 grids with 1" squares and further subdivided into 25 subsquares. Meaning that if you chose each 1" square to be 5ft, the smaller grids would equal 1ft. Or 10ft squares would give you a 2ft subsquare.

I used light grey for the grid lines, so printing a couple dozen sheets should be relatively cheap. You can print these at an architect/blueprint office or possibly Kinko's on a 24" or 36" roll printer.

Simply draw out your dungeon on these printouts before hand. No need to use valuable gametime to draw, and you will have every option covered regardless of where the group decides to go. You can even use many of these together to draw out a huge town, complete with every building floorplan.

Let them know the file will use very little toner. The paper required per 24x36 sheet should be about 13 cents, their cost, Much less if they purchased the paper rolls in bulk quantity) and the tonor cost should be nigh negligible.

As for what they will charge, it all depends on what the company's profit margins are, and whether or not they will alter the price due to the content.
