Post apocalypse far(ish) future RPG/setting with no/minimal mutants?

Is there such a thing? I'm thinking something set further ahead than Mad Max or Twilight 2000, but without the ubiquitous gonzo mutants of Gamma World et al.  It could have a swords & sorcery or more sci-fi feel.

FGU's Aftermath! with the two hundred years after setting certainly fits the bill. The mutant rules are optional and considerably less gonzo than most PA games if you do use them.  Think of The Postman.  If you want super science tech you would need to borrow that in, IIRC Space Opera had semi-compatible rules.

Post Apocalypse is really more setting than rules in any case. If you have favourite RPG that presents the tech you want, skills, etc then cast the setting in ruins and Bob's your uncle.  Classic Traveller could do this well with just a little tweaking.

I agree with Dave. I've run post-holocaust games using OD&D by ignoring the magic and most of the monsters, so you can use pretty much any RPG system that has a combat system you like. Most of the rest is just window dressing.

Metamorphosis Alpha or Gamma World are also natural fits, as they mix ancient weapons with future. Just ignore the mutant parts. (I think it's Gamma World 4E which is really compatible with AD&D.)

Traveller comes to mind. Savage Worlds. Stars Without Number, since it's sci-fi but based on B/X D&D and could use D&D modules for swords and sorcery.

But I'm not sure how far future post-apoc with no mutants looks different from most sci-fi games without a little more insight into what you have in your head.

Morrow Project is one. Therres some mutants, but its mostly animals and some sort of radiation zombie.

Aftermath is one I have heard mentioned now and then.

Early and D20 Gamma World can do it if you are willing to prune the tree a bit. But its perfectly viable as a low mutation setting.

Oddly enough Rifts could do it too by just removing all the magic and monsters, leaving just humans and equipment and vehicles.

Well this is what I had playing on Youtube when I posted.

So I had the '80s post-apoc genre especially on my mind.  Admittedly that video appears to have mutants as well as a cyborg, androids et al. :D
Boy & his Dog, The Postman, through into Armageddon 2419/Buck Rogers type genre. Earth-based, post-apocalyptic setting without mutation table PCs. Not a comedy game like PARANOIA. Something like Fallout might count. Particularly interested in developed settings. Something for Savage Worlds might be good. Otherwise I'm thinking Mutant Future with less Mutant.

D20 Apocolpypse (for D20 Modern) is actually pretty good. There are three sample campaign:

Earth Inherited (The Rapture, angels and demons, etc.)
Atomic Sunrise (Irradiated wastelands and mutants, but you could ignore that)
Plague World (My favorite: You awaken from cryosleep to find the world is infested with alien xeonvores.)

If none of thos eappeal, there's also info on different apocolyptic events and the socities that form afterwards.

Closer future than I was thinking; I guess I'd be looking at something more like Taarna.

When I think far future post-apoc, I'm neck deep in mutants, but I could see it easily being OD&D where magic is psionics and demihumans and monsters are stable mutants. It would reskin easily. You'd just have to decide how much of the "Old World" would still be peeking through. AKA, are they finding usable gear? Or just massive monuments to a long dead world?
