This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

A one-person is easy: Flight with Gear. But how do you represent a large carpet, one that can carry a half-dozen people? Or the wizard Farouk from the old Arabian Knights cartoon, who could and often did create flying carpets for the other Knights?

Almost_Useless

Maybe as a Resource from the Mystic specialty?  A magic carpet that big probably goes through a lot of magic power or gets worn out quickly with all those people on it, so maybe one that big just can't be effectively permanent.  That could be the wizard's contribution to an Exploration roll to get from A to B.

Nexus

I'd call it a Resource like above or if Flight with Gear and a SFX: can carry additional passengers.
Remember when Illinois Nazis where a joke in the Blue Brothers movie?

Democracy, meh? (538)

"The salient fact of American politics is that there are fifty to seventy million voters each of whom will volunteer to live, with his family, in a cardboard box under an overpass, and cook sparrows on an old curtain rod, if someone would only guarantee that the black, gay, Hispanic, liberal, whatever, in the next box over doesn't even have a curtain rod, or a sparrow to put on it."
