A few hardcore bans would put the fear of god into the community once the word spreads that M$ aren't taking any more shit.

Actually it's about time M$ did something about the effluent online. We pay them after all and they are supposed to provide us with a decent online service. That's what they advertise, but what you find is a fucking nightmare.
