This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Spare parts for RoboRally?

I've gotten hold of the old Wizards version of RoboRally, that we played a lot 10 years ago when I had a job playing (roleplaying) games in a youth club.

Everything seems to be there apart from the robot miniatures you control. I've searched a bit on the net, but can't seem to find a place where you can buy "spare parts" for games, where I might find some extra robots (plastic or metal) – any ideas or good pages or shops for stuff like that?

If not, maybe some of you got an idea to some alternative (robotish) miniatures that would suit RoboRally in look and size?

Thanx.
Running: Call of Cthulhu

I don't recall how big the robo-rally bots were.

The description says they are about an inch tall.

Heh, cool suggestion - they seem spot on both in style and size. Don't know why I didn't think of that franchise - my son is a huge fan of the movie.

Yeah, anything else I could think of seemed to be more wargame oriented.

Lego Robots and Droids might work as well.

Technically , the current version of RoboRally is a Hasbro game.

At Hasbro's website they often have a click spot for replacement or missing parts for games.

You might think about trying that angle.

Your choice about fudging the truth about which version you own - I didn't suggest anything.
