I am a huge fan of the Dragon Age setting.
So it annoys me greatly that both the pen and paper game (boxed set 3) and computer game, Inquisition, are taking forever to get released.
Blaaahhhh!!!!
Where is my instant gratification!!!
I feel you; the pen and paper game had a very old-school feel to it, very hearkened-back-to-Moldvay-Basic vibe which I liked...but I feel like they dropped the ball bigtime with the multiple sets spread out over many years.

They did admit it was not the wisest move.
I don't have a group lined up to play it, but when that happens, I need set 3.
They have a few good modules as well.
And by 'good module' I mean 'actually usable' :)
Its the price to be paid when licensing IP that you don't control. Anything GR wants to release with the Dragon Age name on it has to run slowly through the digestive tract of EA Games legal dept and can't be published until EA decides to take a shit.
So blame EA Games.
EDIT:
Big companies and their legal departments are why we can't have nice things. When Bioware and Green Ronin were working the deal alone everything was going great.

I guess EA has strings attached to their Devil money.
Just play in Faerun and assume that orcs only come every 400 years and Evermeet was conquered and citizens were turned into slaves.

I don't thing Green Ronin has any of EA's money. Demonic or not.

None that I am aware of. They entered an arrangement with Bioware, who was small and easy to work with. Then The Empire moved in and acquired Bioware. The Empire has altered the deal. Green Ronin can only hope and pray that it isn't altered any further.

Yes, but the 'Orcs' would include actually dangerous monsters, magic would be dangerous to the casters, no clerics, and I would have to replace most of the lame races with one cool race, Quanaari.
Id rather use the setting I actually like.
