This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Idinsinuation

I traded a friend a bunch of PSP games for a copy of this and hot damn is it intense.  We got to the Hospital Roof on normal and got stomped when a smoker managed to pull me off the mini-gun, and my friend got knocked off the roof by the Tank.

All I can say is hell yes.  My love for all things zombie is back in full swing.

Ghost Whistler

Does anyone know if it's just the 360 version that only allows deathmatch mode to be played on half the maps provided?
"Ghost Whistler" is rated PG-13 (Parents strongly cautioned). Parental death, alien battles and annihilated worlds.

I have the PC version, and there appears to be two missions you can play versus on. No Mercy and Blood Harvest.

Ghost Whistler

same as the xbox then.

I don't think this game has anywhere near enough content to warrant it's price tag - and the console version is more expensive! (Guess which one won't receive the support).

A shame.

TF2 is getting support - Apparently Xbox will be getting the upgrades and stuff, so L4D should, too.

Ghost Whistler

and how long did that take?

like most things related to DLC i will believe it when i see it, and then i might buy lfd. For now, it's no way worth full price.

I don't know, Ghost. Then again, I don't use an XBox. I love my PC and Wii :D
