Oh.

So that's why we haven't seen or heard about any new games with the D&D label for some time now.

Hasbro has much bigger pockets.

Atari's been pretty shady in general about their handling of the D&D license lately.  This isn't the only suit they're involved with, Turbine is suing them as well over Atari treating their game like a red-headed stepchild.
