This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

FALLOUT 4! Let's have a thread!

A Fallout MMO?

Here's hoping if that does happen (and I'm not sure I would want it to), they learn from the mistakes TESO made.

I'm sort of disappointed (purely on a personal level) that so many games are going in the "let's build stuff! Just play around!" direction.

It's awesome but seems made for people who can dump endless hours into a game. Which, unfortunately, isn't me :(
Disclaimer: I attach no moral weight to the way you choose to pretend to be an elf.

Currently running: The Great Pendragon Campaign & DC Adventures - Timberline
Currently Playing: AD&D

House building is an option in the game. Not a quest.

Yeah I know.

And I'm sad that I don't get to do it :(

What's stopping you? It's not like anyone has the time to do all this in one sitting.

Looked up everything, from what I can see the project that was V13(the fallout MMO) hit a long series of legal challenges and other problems and has more or less petered out. At this point even if it was released the studio behind it has no rights to fallout materials of any kind. So no pro Fallout MMO is known at the moment.

According to my views I think fallout is not so interesting to play more than once. I would love to get fallout 4 for my one time game experience. But only after I am done with world of warcraft which I have already ordered here.

Fallout 4 will see constant replay with each major mod release. WoW is for another type of gamer completely.
