This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Excited to announce that my first ever TTRPG, Iron Eagle: Strikeforce is now available on Itch for the low price of 10 American Dollars.

Iron Eagle: Strikeforce is a furry dieselpunk RPG set in an alternate history 1959, after World War 2 ground to a standstill and turned into a cold war. Players take the role of soldiers and mercenaries working for the German government and fighting both the Soviets and Americans in squad and platoon level skirmishes, featuring the ability for each player to command a squad of up to 9 soldiers, and a wide variety of options to pick from with 7 classes, 24 skills, 27 species, and 52 talents.

The game is designed to support small party conflicts like a traditional TTRPG, and rules are simple enough that it can also be played as a small-scale wargame, with over 70 vehicles to deploy ranging from flying saucers, to zeppelins, tanks, traditional aircraft, and nuclear missile launchers.

The game is based on a modified Year Zero engine, and features many custom mechanics to make it play similar to Front Mission or Final Fantasy Tactics. All proceeds from sales will go to buying more art to make the game even cooler.
