Whoa, it's been ages since I last saw a "Game Pack" like this (a Spanish publisher did it, IIRC). Is it still common in the US?
Not to my knowledge, but I like the flexibility. I can provide all the necessary tools without having to pass the cost of expensive packaging on to the customer.
