SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Mind Storm Labs

http://www.mindstormlabs.com">Mind Storm Labs would like to take Alpha Omega to the next level of gaming by sponsoring a managed campaign.  A managed campaign is a continuous campaign setting that is sponsored by Mind Storm Labs and will continue to evolve as the game evolves.  Players are a large part of this process, as their actions will help determine the outcome of various pinnacle events that will shape the campaign world.

At this time, we are in the initial planning stages of this managed campaign, and the first step is settling upon a name to call our collaborative creation.  Mind Storm Labs is therefore announcing our next community competition, the Managed Campaign Naming Contest!

Anyone can enter, and you can enter as many times as you would like.  All entries must be made via  email.

The winning submission will receive a printing plate used to create one of our books signed by the artists and creators of the game. In the case of more than one person submitting the same winning idea, the winner will be determined by the earliest received email.  It will be the discretion of MSL if we award additional prizes to any tie  entries.

The contest starts immediately and entries will be accepted until midnight, Eastern, October 31st, 2008.

Each entry must contain the  following:

    Your Name

    Shipping Address

Email your entries with the subject "Managed Campaign Naming Contest" to: community@mindstormlabs.com
