God-king is a roleplaying game with a focus on collaborative storytelling that tells the tale of a group of adventurers who make a journey to a land that most believe to only be a myth. The game's mechanics - which require a deck of playing cards - have been designed with the idea of having the whole group of players and their Narrator help to tell an intricate, engaging tale together. One of the major examples of this is that each of the players must take on a specific role that has skills attached to it that only their character can accomplish. This means that it is vital for the group to work together in order to survive and succeed in the adventure. Unfortunately, there are likely to be some hiccups as everyone has their own, hidden agenda.
