Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Now available on DriveThruRPG.

The Galactic Empire stands proud and unrivaled, exerting its influence throughout thousands of star systems. It is a force of order, culture, and prosperity, that has written its glories in the heavens. But the Empire has also grown decadent and corrupt. The influence and power that made it great have sown within it the seeds of strife. Now that Empire is ripped apart in insurrection, dissent, and faction. Ragtag forces of rebels harry it wherever it shows weakness. For centuries, the Knights of Dikai defended the Empire with their skills and prophecy; now they are outcast, scattered, and vagabond, driven to ruin by the Empire's legions and the blades of their ancient, almost-forgotten foes, the Knights of Maltheus.

Far from those battles, the edges of space ever beckon to the bold, the curious, and the desperate. Away from the eyes of the Empire, unknown planets became the testing grounds of new societies: clones, cyborgs, renegade robots, and conspiracies all lurk in the shadows, growing in strength, watching, and waiting. In ancient ruins and on the seared ruins of blasted planets, explorers, scientists, and fortune hunters look for lost artifacts of ancient, transcendent races who built marvels, but vanished. Petty wars and intrigues shape the parliaments and spaceways of remote nations, colonies, and enterprises.

Master the galaxy in this campaign guide for the True20 game system.

Well over 100 pages for only $5 ain't bad, I will admit. Also, I don't know if this was the intent, but the link provided added it to my cart with said major discount, I think, and I had to do some web navigating to find the actual product description.

Unrelatedly, was  there a kickstarter for this, and if so what's the comment about backers referring to?

Further unrelated, I see this uses the true 20 edition system. However what I wasn't able to figure out is: Is this a standalone product or part of a larger series? Also is this in any way related to or inspired by a theatrical production from Christopher Marlowe that I found when looking up the name via a search engine?

There was a Kickstarter for a Pathfinder-compatible version. This version re-uses the cover art and the other assets.

This is a campaign guide, you will need the True20 revised core book, as noted on the cover.

It is unrelated to the theatrical production. The name was inspired by Flash Gordon Space Soldiers Conquer the Universe.

Hello, pawsplay! I run the Randomworlds TTRPG Discord chatroom and hold Q&A sessions for game authors there. Would you be interested in coming by to discuss Conquest of the Universe?

Past guests include Kenneth Hite, Robin D. Laws, Greg Stafford, Greg Stolze, Marc Miller, Jonathan Tweet, Margaret Weis, Mike Pondsmith, Ken St. Andre, Peter Adkison, and Mark Rein•Hagen.

This is a free service, although tips are welcome at https://ko-fi.com/gmshoe.
