– Spectrum Games is now accepting pre-orders for the Giant Transforming Robots PDF mini-supplement.  

Giant Transforming Robots is set for release in early February 2009 and will sport an $8 price tag. However, Spectrum Games is now accepting pre-orders for the discounted price of $6. Additionally, those who pre-order will receive a special Valentines Day bonus PDF that deals with implementing romance into your games of CAH:S2.

Cynthia Celeste Miller comments: "The Cartoon Action Hour: Season 2 core rulebook has everything players and GMs need in order to create robots that morph into vehicles and other objects... but due to space restrictions, we weren't able to focus on them as much as we'd have liked to. This supplement gives us an opportunity to do exactly that. This is the definitive source for all things involving (as the name of the book implies) giant transforming robots. I wanted to ensure that every aspect of GTRs were represented in the game, including all those wacky sub-groups like robots whose heads detach and then morph into separate humanoid robots. There aren't any stones left unturned in this supplement... speaking of which, you can have robots that turn into stones as well. Giant Transforming Robots is pretty exhaustive."

Cartoon Action Hour: Season 2 is the second edition of the role-playing game that was nominated for "Best RPG" at the 2004 Origins Awards. It was designed specifically to emulate the fun and excitement of the 1980s action-adventure cartoons at every turn, using "cartoon logic" as its foundation.
