Title: Why debate dogma?

Comedian Pat Condell on Islam and dogma. A voice of sanity? I think so. You could apply his words to Forgeite dogma too!;)

Awesome, that guy is stating a lot of things I believe.  BUt it sounds much cooler and smarter with a British accent.

"...this conflicts with my belief that religion is a dirty lie that is destroying human civilization.  So you can see where i would have an issue with that."

Dude it sounds cooler and smarter because the guy is intelligent and witty, not due to his accent. I've also fallen off my chair a few times laughing at how fucking funny this dude is.

However George Carlin is even better!

It was ok, I didn't think Alanis worked myself though.

Surprisingly accurate on many matters of Catholic dogma.

He's acquired a very emphatic intonation, which I like.  Sounds very authorative, like a newscaster.

Would it have been better with Brian Blessed as the Almighty?

There seems to be too much attention to how something is being said and not to what is being said.
Who gives a shit how authoritative a person sounds? It is what they are saying that counts.

Not if he couldn't talk, no.
