This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Shall we discuss who would win?

I really want this to become a cheesy animated mini-series.

I guess it depends a lot on which version of Transformers.  The animated original not the movies I assume?  There's all kinds of size shifting weirdness in the animated show.  Generally in terms of firepower Star Trek by a long mile.  Movie Transformers would just morph to look like shuttle craft and board by infiltration using a distress call.  Cartoon Transformers need the equivalent of extensive surgery to change their look.  But the real issue is whether the Autobots or Decepticons got antimatter conversion reactors first.  I'm guessing it'll be the Autobots because Kirk and Optimus Prime would get along just fine.  Of course, the Klingons might give it to the Decepticons but they're unlikely to trust each other so they probably wouldn't share.

The article said they're using the G1 cartoon version of Transformers, which is fine with me. That's my fave.

Well theres been X-men vs Star Trek, X-men vs TNG, and Green Lanterns vs Star Trek... so Transformers vs Star Trek makes perfect sense. Really. It does!
