This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

A relative of mine is coming from the US next month, and I've been thinking of buying something and asking him to bring it (thus avoiding overseas shipping costs). Problem is, nothing seems too convincing right now. The only thing that tempts me is the Asus Eee, but I'd rather wait a year for the 2nd generation (and because its $399 price tag is way too much for me right now).

So, what would you recommend? It needs to be small and portable--a big boardgame is probably a no-no in this case. Or should I'd rather save the money this time?

Book, game (your game, even), gadget, whatever. Don't bother with very expensive stuff, please... :deflated: :keke:
