This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Who else would you like to see join RPGsite?

Compared to the Merkins you ARE royalty.

We don't start or contribute to enough threads worshipping our mods for his tastes. :p

Seriously, Geezer's an interesting poster.  A pity the site wasn't his speed.

Yeah. I don't agree with much of what he says, but he'd been a good addition.

I sent a PM to Wak yesterday.

Darth Tang would have a wonderful time with Serious Paul. The Cop Gamers from Hell! :haw:

Old Geezer's a bootlicking Trotskyist, and I'm rather glad he decided to stay away.

Did he spin your invitation into an attack on gays?

No, and I'm not familiar with him doing so elsewhere.

Not so sure about the invitations, but as I recall, Captain Spaulding was the primary motivation for Cessna banning himself last year.  Or rather, Cessna's poor taste in Cowboy Pudding led to the righteous indignation of the good Captain, and said righteous indignation was the proximate cause of Cessna banning himself... or something.
For you the day you found a minor error in a Post by Spike and forced him to admit it, it was the greatest day of your internet life.  For me it was... Tuesday.

For the curious: Apparently, in person, I sound exactly like the Youtube Character The Nostalgia Critic.   I have no words.

 That all sounds VERY confusing.

How did anyone keep track of any of that?

You're thinking of Curt the Hetrophobe, who I'm sure was the inspiration for a certain Little Britain character

I've never seen Capt Spaulding play the Gay Card on RPGNet. Furthermore, I've tabletop gamed with the good Catpain and he was a thoroughly decent bloke who didn't try and enforce a pro-gay agenda on us.

Although, I did find myself tapping my foot to a Scissor Sisters song a few weeks later, so you never know.... ;)
