This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Just saw a blurb by Fantasy Flight that September 13th is Rebellion Day, and FFG is going to have an adventure available to run for the Star Wars Age of Rebellion game.

I guess that's why FFG wasn't in Free RPG Day; they were going to do the Wizards thing and have their own separate game day.

Carcharodon

Huh. I'll have to see if my FLGS is going to be hosting the event. If they are, I might have to pick up the Age of Rebellion starter box sometime soon.

Emperor Norton

I keep thinking about volunteering to run it for my local store, but I get really nervous GMing away from my normal group. I'm just so used to my group that it gets me off my game.

Skywalker

Do it. There are problem players out there, for sure, but nothing that most GMs can't handle and I find it really improves your gaming overall by granting perspective.
