This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Dark Dungeons might be getting the (sorta) big screen treatment

The most well known piece of anti rpg propaganda now maybe a movie. Soon all our evil secrets will be exposed to the world!

Why does part of me want to see this happen? LOL

"The salient fact of American politics is that there are fifty to seventy million voters each of whom will volunteer to live, with his family, in a cardboard box under an overpass, and cook sparrows on an old curtain rod, if someone would only guarantee that the black, gay, Hispanic, liberal, whatever, in the next box over doesn't even have a curtain rod, or a sparrow to put on it."

Oh, I thought maybe Black was kickstarting his RC Clone with decent art and stuff :( Here was me reaching for the 'back' option, seeing as the 'real' RC won't shop up in reprint anytime soon....

The Traveller

"These children are playing with dark and dangerous powers!"
"What else are you meant to do with dark and dangerous powers?"
A concise overview of GNS theory.
Quote from: that muppet vince baker on RPGsIf you care about character arcs or any, any, any lit 101 stuff, I\'d choose a different game.

Damn, I'm sorry about that. I did a quick search but it didn't turn up anything.

RPGPundit

Yeah from what i recall part of the deal is they are going to present it with the exact same text as the comic.  Of course, Chick clearly had no idea that you could do that "ironically".
