Given the popularity of games like Minecraft, Warcraft the RTS, Populous, Civilization, the Sims, and other god's eye view games, I think it reasonable to say that their time is spent happily playing around with mortals within the rules of their cosmology.

Also many immortals have agendas that amount to an obsession.

Since gods are the personification of and amplification of mortals fears, loves, worries, etc...

I imagine that there is at least one god who just jerks off 5 or 6 times a day, smokes reefer, then falls asleep watching Cops on his godly TV.
