Two to three players don't want to leave the house , but hang out for a while - with grins and smiles on their faces.

Get at least three e-mails after the game session from individual players telling me how much they enjoyed the earlier game session that night.

The players stand up through the final battle shouting and cheering each die roll. Happened to me at GenCon, running a game of In Harm's Way: Wild Blue. I had also forgotten the printouts of the pre-gens, so we had sat up all the night before drawing them by hand, and all the players asked to keep them.

Yeah...that one's when I know I really hit it out of the park...even the guys who usually need to cut out quick are standing around, talking about what they need to do next game, etc. Makes me feel good.
