This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Tell you what clash, I can't/won't promise to finish each of them, but when I snag my bundle I will promise to dload and at least open each of them. :) Each of them deserves at least the chance to hook me in.

Yeah, same here.  I was looking at the item pages last night and was getting kind of jazzed at stuff that I would never have thought to look at otherwise.

I was feeling the same! That's why I said I was saddened some folks would only be DLing a handful of things they were already interested in. I want to read BASH, even though I have a great Supers game and seldom run it. I want to read Mars, though SW isn't my favorite system. I could go on and on! I'll be looking everything over once I can DL it.

23000+ and rising.

I don't what to say about people downloading only selected parts of the bundle and forgetting the rest.  There are going to be some who will cherrypick from the bundle but hopefully the majority will download and at least persue the downloads.  They might find some cool stuff among the stuff they thought of as initial junk.

Question: I cherrypicked the first "shipment", so to speak...
Can i add the other items to my cart still and use the code still, or did i miss something?
PM me please if you got a clue...

I don't know, PB. This was supposed to be a normal DL initially, but the servers got whacked. They came up with this coupon business on the fly.

Anyways, i think i'll try to checkout the stuff i missed tommorrow or so, then we'll see...

Maybe somebody of the other posters and or maybe someone working together with dt-rpg on the publisher-side could enlighten us on the matter, maybe...

Thx for further info, but that does not answer my question about wether the coupon code can be used again, because i only got what i deemed "first choice", because i expected to be able to download some PDFs right away.

Well, we'll see.

Quote from: flyingmice;356516Amongst the wonderful  news of the very successful bundle, I see one sad thing on the RPGnet thread. A couple folks have stated there is too much stuff and they won''t bother even DLing most of the items. This means a lot of contributions by some great small press companies won't even be looked at. I know most of us put stuff in for Haiti, not for ourselves, but this "Ah, it ain't worth the bother to get 'em for free" attitude saddens me.

-clash

Eh? There's a lot of stuff there, and the idea is to contribute towards relief for Haiti. I don't think there's some kind of moral obligation to download every pdf if it doesn't look like it will float your boat.

Who the hell said anything about a moral obligation? I WAS SORRY THAT SOME PEOPLE ARE MISSING OUT ON SOME GREAT STUFF THEY HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR! Nothing more and nothing less. Don't read things I am not saying into what I write! I said nothing about moral obligations for myself or for anyone else, so don't quote me as if I was implying that.

I just purchased my coupon, and think that I'll wait a few days before picking my goodies...

I'm happy to donate another $20 to Doctors Without Borders, one of my favourite "no BS" charities, even without the PDF offer.  However, picking up PDF versions of BASH, the 'Mutant Future' stuff, Roma Imperious, Trail of Cthulhu, Wayfarers, and loads of other cool stuff is awesome! Thanks RPGnow, and thanks to all the contributing RPG companies!  :D
