No it isn't; it's fucking terrible.  And I don't say that as a 4e bash.  That's utterly flat, there's zero perspective there.  Is the dark sun up there a ball some 20' above our scene?  Is that building the size of the Sears Tower or is it just a few feet tall?  Is that skeletal figure a giant or is he just man-sized next to a smallish dragon climbing a 6' stone plinth?

Sorry, it's just dreadful.

Obviously, they are out of ideas at WoTC. Afraid to lose even more money than they already have on the failure that is 4e, they have decided to mine the past for material. I find it ironic that they have selected a setting about a dying world with which to make an attempt  to resurrect their dying game line. In a year's time the water coolers at WoTC will all be dry and the designers will be eating each other and the guys from the mail room.
