This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Venosha

Semina nods her head in agreement and opens the second set of doors leading out into the long hallway. "Who wants to take point," she whispers to the group.  "I'm still feeling a little weary, and will secure the mid-line until I am at full strength."

OOC: SB: I am not familiar with Castle Amber. Does the castle change around when you re-enter a specific area?
1,150 things Mr. Welch can no longer do during an RPG

390. My character\'s background must be more indepth than a montage of Queen lyrics.

629. Just because they are all into rock, metal and axes, dwarves are not all headbangers.

702. The Banana of Disarming is not a real magic item.

1059. Even if the villain is Lawful Evil, slapping a cease and desist order on him isn't going to work

You won't know until you return.  ;)

The large hallway has remained empty, but still in a luxurious if somewhat decadent state.  Everything looks clean, which is odd, considering you haven't run into any inhabitants that could be considered cleaning staff.

The mansion awaits, where will you go from here?

Kord's Boon

"I don't suppose it would be too obvious to say I find this place unsettling?" Sander offers with a half smile. He quickly thinks better of his tepid attempt at humor and addresses the matter at hand. "I can take point if there are no objections, just give me a direction."

Venosha

Semina stands in the hallway troubled by its cleanliness, and points with her bow down the long corridor.  "That direction," she gestures.  "We didn't get pass the door to our left."  Semina lets Sandertake point as she follows up behind him.

Drohem

"I'll bring up the rear," Thraim says as he loads a bolt into his crossbow.

Sigmund

Snorri moves up beside Sander, "I'll stay up front with ya until we find a hall or door too narrow."

Benoist

Kagan stays with Semina in mid-line, and follows just a few steps from Sander's and Snorri's backs.

Drohem

In a merry tone Thraim says, "lead on Snorri and Sander!"

Sigmund

When Sander is ready, Snorri heads out along the center of the large hallway, keeping an eye out for anything moving or threatening.

Work has been a bit hectic lately, sorry I haven't been updating as frequently.  I will get an updated map tonight after I get home.

You carefully make your way down the long corridor, noting the features and doors.  There is an elevated walkway about 70' from the far wall.  The wall is inset with a single door in the center of the east wall, which is where the red carpet runs.

OOC:  What is the red dot?  Which room was the one with the spider?

StormBringer

The red dot is about where the party is, barring any other input.  The spider room is the second one in the upper left hand corridor.

"So my friends," Thraim says in a low tone, "to the end of the hall, or check the doors on either side?"
