Ah, damn, forget about Grunge, we've all already repressed the memory of the indisputable #1 reason to despise 90s music: Nu Metal, a style of "music" that should have been bitchslapped by Run DMC back into the cellar it crawled out.
Fortunately, this fad was even more short-lived than Grunge.
