This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Also, I'm waiting to get paid this week (Friday) to d/l a copy of this game, for I am, and still am to be this day, crazy in love with the D6 dice (hence why I like to play Mages, or rouges) WEG Starwars is in my blood!

Since I've done Jeff's crazy charts I'm going to try to come up with some original stuff, though honestly the Potion Chart is blowing me away right now, its so evil. I even think Im going to use it! Players beware!

And FURTHERMORE, why, in the heavens above is there no illithids in FtA?
Every game needs some brain sucking aliens all lovecraftian style, to hate, and also fear.

Also, I wonder if Jeff's ever seen a Copy of H.O.L.? One of my all time favortie game books to read, not play. Defenatly not play...

I've never had an opportunity to read HOL.

On a slightly unrelated topic, between you here and mythusmage on his blog,  I'm now considering whether I should just ask people to send my cash in my next blog post.  :D

Because Illithids are non-open intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast.  However, there'll be some suitable lovecraftian abominations in the monsters section of the FtA!GN! (and well, there's chaos creatures and Deep Ones in the main book already).

Ah well, shucks. Friday can't seem to come fast enough for me to really crank out a really great random chart, can it? Is there perhaps some other zany charts that need it more then? I'll have to ponder on this question.

Yeah, I saw that one. It's not too bad, but i'd actually proboly perfer the more impossible rolls to the end's of the spectrum and the more common ones migrated to the middle, but that's me. + Plus I think each letter could use stuff like what kind of ink and paper and or it's condition it's in would spice it up more. Details such as elaborate caligraphy and or spectacular borders and or red wax seals and the like make the list much more tasty. For bonus points, you could incorporate stuff like "36 A merchant caravan's inventory list."  With the Chart of "What are all thouse caravans hauling, anways" Chart! ;D  Or have one result that is a recipe for a fowl potion, consult the "stupid potions and quirks chart!" =D Fun with lists!

My favorite, besides my own potions one, is the henchman chart. You could really spice that one up a bit better and come out with some really nasty fowl henchmen, proboly add quite a few more results.

Oh, I just got a chart in mind... one that my current gm NEEDS to use! Time to sumbit!

Sithson - Jong was pointing out the d66 numbering - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 21... The tens digit is one d6 roll, and the ones digit is the second d6 roll. Since it's a linear (flat) distribution, putting things on the ends doesn't make them more rare. Every number has the same exact probability of coming up.
