If you want to find good players to game with, you need to promote RPGing on a YouTube channel. That's how it's been since 2010. If you don't have a YouTube channel, you're barely treading water.

Good Luck Trechriron. If you want any advice on good resources for getting back into music feel free to PM me (I having been going back to the foundations myself to fill up gaps and have found some good books, techniques and youtube channels).

Just after checking your blog, I hope you don't mind me suggesting... Why not do both but without adding any extra pressure on yuorself? I mean, I write a lot of music too (and record sound FX) and I'd go mad without it, but I also Game.

I can totally understand wanting a long break if you're not enjoying RPGing anymore. There's nothing worse then siting through a 4 hour session of a dull game. But I went through a gaming slump when my old group vanished into the ether. Most of the games I'd played since then were just shadows of the games I used to play. But I found some great people of Facebook to game with. No pressure and everyone is laid back... Online games are not as good as a face-to-face but it's still a lot of fun with the right group using hangouts, etc.
