Title: Starting a Group Project

I was checking the interface, but there seems to be no way to set a book as a top level, and thus no way to start a new project.

Is there something I'm missing?

It looks like there's an issue there. thank you for bringing it to our attention.

For now, if you've got a project you'd like to start like this, PM me and i'll get a top-level entry set up for you.
