Not exactly (but you in particular, you should know who is the DM behind this NPC). Since this is a RPG board, I decided to try an RP identity. That's why my posts are in italics most of the time, BTW. That's IC talk. There I'm completely OOC.

Now if I need to present myself formally, I am the founder and leader of my world's largest spy network. I'm a seer, and thus able to see what people try to hide. I swore allegiance to no-one but me, and turned espionnage into a business. My mercenary spies are infiltrated everywhere, and secret reports arrive everyday to my archive rooms. There, they are sorted, catalogued, and synthetised in order to keep up-to-date files on every governments, organisations, and powerful individuals. Then customers come and ask me for informations on a foe, or on a prospective partner, or on a competitor, and I sell them what I estimate they need to know.

Having a sixth sense comes in handy to protect my precious trove of knowledge, even if the most potent secrets are only stored in my mind.

I still ignore what we're supposed to earn once we've joined the Second Circle, but it seems avatars are won once we reach the Third. Alright. I have thus 18 more speechs to do.

You do the work of coming up with a name for each and every level of psionicist and I'll input it I like what I see. That goes for any class folks - not just psions.
